We wish to inform you that the ‘Little Treasures Cleaning Crew’ currently working in the Admin Building on the Ferrybridge Project has performed their duties with excellent standards and determination, not just in ‘getting the job done’, but with a thorough knowledge of the site safety rules and procedures.

The required HZI and SISK documents for completion on a daily basis have been carried out fully, with the completed documents being used as an example to operatives from other contract company’s working in their vicinity, as a means of demonstrating the standards required by all contractors on the project.

Furthermore, I personally wish to inform you, that Andy McGill (acting supervisor), has an excellent work ethic who has performed both control and management of tasks and operatives at a level much higher than that expected, for his job title. Andy is indeed an asset to your company and well worth consideration for a role in any future junior Management position.

Jan McGuinness has been supplying a cleaning service to the Wm Morrison Supermarkets Head Office since we took occupation of our new Head Office in March 2006.
